Food is most always great and when not great, it's still good enough. They always deliver on time and have a great selection of sushi rolls. Solid sushi spot in midtown east.

Fast and reliable. The rolls are creative and the large rolls are worth the price. They really are LARGE. The fish is pretty fresh, but that being said....I only order the rolls, not the sashimi. The cooked food such as the beef negimaki and the udon noodles are as good as the rolls if you're craving something hot.

We used to order from here all the time. Lately the quality of food has been declining. However the prices are the best in the area. I order either sushi dinner or sashimi dinner. Sashimi dinner is probably 5 dollars less than anywhere else in the area. comes with plenty of fish, but as I mentioned depending on the night you order the quality may vary.

Food tasted great, was delivered well and on time ... but a few hours later my stomach started to hurt. Their sushi is obviously not fresh enough. Will not be able to order from there again. :(

The guy knocked once, waited about 10 seconds and knocked again. When I got to the door, he was at the elevator acting like he was about to leave with my food. When I got the food, the beef wasn't cooked properly (raw and tough/inedible) and I had to throw it out. I wouldn't recommend them for obvious reasons.

used to be the best local sushi in the neighborhood. lately the sushi is not as cold or fresh as it used to be. just does not taste good. also, do not order the yellowtail roles -- they give you scraps instead of fresh cut slices. also, the seaweed salad is weak.

My udon soup was clearly too hot when placed in its container because when it arrived it had melted through the container and was spilling out of the delivery bag!! POOR SERVICE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM SUZU! This is the second horrible experience I've had with Suzu. Ordering from their restaurant is the worst customer experience I have ever had. They have brought us the wrong order several times. Last week, my manager became violently ill from eating their sushi. Understanding that sometimes these things happen, we decided to give them another chance and order again. They brought us the wrong food even though we expressly mentioned the fact that we had an allergy to the food. And when we called to let them know about their mistake, they (1) yelled at us, (2) demanded that we bring them the wrong sushi back! (3) and then charged us EXTRA for what we ordered in the first place. Please do yourself a favor and order from anywhere else.

Excellent sushi with fresh fish and other ingredients. Eaten there & ordered take-out for the past 2+ years and have never been disappointed. It's not Nobu, but it's a friendly neighborhood place serving good value for money. Also recommend the teriyaki chicken...

Ordered the unagi don - the eel had a bunch of bones in it and tasted a little off. On the plus side, it was pretty tender. The free california roll I got with it also tasted a little weird.
